Timothy set the business up in 1988. His aim is to run a professional agency that provides experience backed by a modern approach to estate agency and above all to meet the ever changing demands of our clients. Estate Agency is always in a period of change and he is not simply content to keep up with this as he is striving to get ahead with new technology and ensure our service is spot on.

Philip A Hunter, Partner

Philip A Hunter

Philip has been running the sales at Rodgers for over 25 years now and is the driving force behind the sales and sales back up service. When you call Philip in to appraise your home you gain over 30 years of experience in Middlesex and Buckinghamshire of selling properties. Philip lives in Chalfont St Peter with his wife, Elaine and son, Tom and is a member of The Gerrards Cross & Chalfont St Peter Rotary Club.

Sue  Matthews, Branch Manager

Sue has been working in and running the Harefield office for the last thirteen years having come from a public sector / legal background. Having lived in Harefield all of her life, Sue’s knowledge of Harefield is invaluable and her commitment to providing the best customer service to the residents of the area is of paramount importance to her. The love of Sue’s life, apart from her husband, is her dog Roxy.

Kevin has over fifteen years estate agency experience, mainly covering the Chiswick and Ealing areas of West London. His experience has encompassed all aspects of estate agency including sales, marketing new developments from pre-build to completion, land sales with or without planning permission and commercial property. When not working he enjoys spending time with his young family.

Helen Ford, HR & Contracts Manager

Helen joined us in 2011 and deals with the legal aspects for our lettings team, advises overseas Landlords in connection with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme and is happy to advise our client landlords in connection with any legal points. As well as keeping us up to date with the ever changing legislation in the private landlord sector and how this may affect our clients, she is also the Company’s HR Manager.

Jill Green, Lettings & Management Administrator

Jill Green

Lettings & Management Administrator
Jill is an administrator and will often be the person taking your call and able to answer all manner of queries. She can arrange accompanied viewings at your chosen properties and hopefully answer any questions to assist in your decision making. She also arranges repairs, transfer of utilities and gas safety visits. Jill lives locally in Gerrards Cross and loves travelling.

Jo Carter, Property Management

Property Management
Jo Carter joined our company in October 2009 and has been an integral part of the team since. She has many years’ experience in Sales and Lettings and at present carries out the property inspections for our managed properties. She enjoys meeting the tenants and dealing with any issues that may arise and answering any queries. Outside work she loves long walks with her dog ‘Monty’, swimming, cooking and socialising.

Charlie  Gibbons, Negotiator

Charlie Gibbons

Charles is the newest member of the team, joining in August 2020 and works with Philip Hunter, offering a youthful exuberance alongside the impressive experience of the Rodgers sales and negotiating team. He is very much looking forward to progressing within the company and adding to the exceptional service offered by the company. Charles lives in Bourne End and is a keen footballer, both playing and following.
