Philip A Hunter - Partner
Philip has been running the sales at rodgers for over 25 years now and is the driving force behind our sales and sales back up service.
When you call Philip in to appraise your home you gain over 30 years of experience in Middlesex and Buckinghamshire of selling houses.
Philip lives in Chalfont St Peter with his wife, Elaine, and his son Tom. He is a member of Gerrards Cross Golf Club and Gerrards Cross & Chalfont St Peter Rotary Club.
Sue Matthews – Branch Manager
Sue has been working in and running the Harefield office for the last ten years having come from a public sector / legal background. Having lived in Harefield all of her life, Sue’s knowledge of Harefield is invaluable and her commitment to providing the best customer service to the residents of the area, be they outgoing or incoming, is of paramount importance to her. The love of Sue’s life, apart from her husband, is her dog Roxy.
Kevin Fuller – Sales Manager
Kevin has over fifteen years estate agency experience, mainly covering the affluent Chiswick and Ealing areas of West London. He works hard to get the best possible results for his clients and enjoys spending time with his young family.
Sam Hill – Negotiator
Sam is the newest member of the team, joining in 2019. He is working under Philip in the negotiating team, offering a youthful exuberance alongside the impressive experience of the Rodgers sales team. Sam lives in Little Chalfont and is a keen football.
Michele Buckingham - Lettings Manager
Michele joined the company in 2011 and is experienced in all parts of the lettings process. Now running the department, Michele offers all of our clients, landlords and tenants alike, a calm, helpful and professional service.
Helen Ford - HR & Contracts Manager
Helen joined us in 2011 and deals with the legal aspects for our lettings team at all three of our offices, advises overseas Landlords in connection with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme, and is happy to advise our client landlords in connection with any legal points. As well as keeping us up to date with the ever changing legislation in the private landlord sector and how this may affect our clients, she is also the Company’s HR Manager.
Jill Green – Lettings & Management Administrator
Jill is an administrator and will often be the person taking your call and able to answer all manner of queries. She can arrange accompanied viewings at your chosen properties and hopefully answer any questions to assist in your decision making. She also arranges repairs, transfer of utilities and gas safety visits.
Jo Carter – Property Management
Jo has worked for us for several years now, both in sales and in lettings. She now deals with both out of office and in office work and can advise on aspects of property management. She also carries out house visits and compiles reports and advises on negotiating deposit releases.
