We are often asked if the seller should undertake improvements before selling and we are very experienced in this field. Once we have expressed our opinion on price we will write confirming our thoughts and wait to hear from you.
Once we hear from you we spring into action and our marketing commences at a time and pace to suit your circumstances.
Preparation of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), sale particulars, taking of photographs, uploading to all our websites, emailing particulars to our buyers, speaking to our buyers, arranging and accompanying viewings, negotiating offers to a satisfactory level ready to hand over to the solicitors.
